This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the relationship between AtCorm (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and the Client (“User,” “Subscriber,” or “You”) regarding all subscriptions, software access, and related products offered via the AtCorm platform. By purchasing a subscription or service from AtCorm, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. This Policy operates in conjunction with Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. AtCorm is a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) model, which provides digital access to automated software tools. Our refund structure is designed for a digital software environment.
1. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (SaaS)
1.1. Monthly Subscriptions. AtCorm offers monthly subscription plans (e.g., starting from the $299.99/month tier) which are billed in advance on a recurring 30-day cycle.
(a) General Rule: Payments for monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the initial 7-day guarantee period outlined in Section 4.1. You are purchasing access to the software for the duration of the billing cycle, regardless of whether You actively use the software during that period.
(b) Cancellation: You may cancel Your monthly subscription at any time via the billing portal within Your account or by contacting support. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. Upon cancellation, Your access will remain active until the end of the currently paid billing period, after which it will terminate. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
1.2. Annual Subscriptions. If You choose an annual billing option to take advantage of discounted rates:
(a) Refund Window: You are entitled to a full refund of the annual fee if a refund request is submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial payment.
(b) Post-Window: After thirty (30) days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. In the event of early cancellation after the 30-day window, access will continue for the remainder of the annual term, or, at the Company’s sole discretion, We may offer a prorated credit toward other AtCorm services, calculated based on the non-discounted monthly rate for the months used.
1.3. Free Trials. AtCorm may offer a free trial period (e.g., 7 or 14 days) to new Users.
(a) Automatic Transition: You are required to provide valid payment information to initiate a trial. If You do not cancel Your trial before the expiration of the trial period, the system will automatically charge the full subscription fee for the subsequent billing cycle.
(b) No Refund on Trial Conversion: It is Your sole responsibility to manage Your trial period. Refunds will not be issued for charges incurred due to failure to cancel a trial prior to its expiration, as the computing resources and account setup are reserved for You immediately upon conversion. However, should a trial convert to a paid subscription unintentionally, you remain eligible for the refund window outlined in Section 4.1.
2. ACCOUNT SETUP & CONFIGURATION FEES
AtCorm provides automated account provisioning and template deployment. Any one-time fees associated with the initial digital setup, software environment configuration, and template installation are non-refundable once the software environment has been provisioned for the user. As these are digital assets deployed instantly upon purchase, they cannot be returned.
3. Commitment & Refund Policy
3.1. Annual Upfront (2 Months Free) Annual plans are heavily discounted and are considered a 12-month commitment.
Refund Eligibility: Following the initial 7-day guarantee period outlined in Section 4, annual plans are considered a 12-month commitment and are non-refundable for change of mind.
Prorated Credits: If an annual refund is processed within the 30-day window, the "2 Months Free" discount is voided. The refund will be calculated by charging the full standard monthly rate for the months used, with the remaining balance returned.
3.2. Lifetime Lock (Reduced Monthly Rate) The Lifetime Lock is a reward for a 12-month commitment to the platform.
Cancellation: If the subscription is cancelled or payments fail before the 12-month commitment is met, the "Lifetime Lock" status is forfeited.
Reactivation: Should the user wish to reactivate later, they will be subject to the then-current standard market rates ($299.99/$499.99/$699.99) and will not be eligible for their previous locked rate.
3.3. General Terms
System Provisioning Fees: Any fees associated with the automated deployment of account templates and digital environments are non-refundable once the digital environment has been provisioned.
Upon cancellation, AtCorm reserves the right to delete all custom workflows, automation, and lead data 30 days after the final billing cycle. Data recovery after this period is not guaranteed.
4. REFUND GUARANTEE
In accordance with our Merchant of Record, Paddle, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the software platform for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. No technical justification, remedy protocol, or proof of defect is required.
5. THIRD-PARTY FEES AND INTEGRATIONS:
5.1. LC Phone / Email / SMS Charges. AtCorm integrates with third-party telephony and email providers (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun) to facilitate SMS, voice calls, and emails. Wallet balances funded for these communication credits are paid to third-party carriers and are non-refundable by AtCorm. Any unused credit balance in Your communication wallet at the time of cancellation is forfeited.
5.2. Directory Listings. Fees associated with the "100+ Directory Listings" (Yext or similar integrations) are pass-through costs paid to external networks. These fees are non-refundable once the listing synchronization process has been initiated, as the networks charge Us immediately upon submission of Your business data.
6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION FOR CAUSE
AtCorm reserves the right to terminate Your account if You are found to be in violation of Our Terms of Service. Violations include, but are not limited to:
(a) Sending unsolicited spam (SMS/Email) in violation of TCPA or CAN-SPAM regulations;
(b) Hosting illegal, offensive, or prohibited content on Our funnels/websites;
(c) Attempting to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or resell the AtCorm proprietary snapshots and automation logic;
(d) Abusive behavior towards AtCorm support staff.
7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
You agree to contact AtCorm support to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with Your bank or credit card provider. If a chargeback is initiated, Your account will be immediately suspended pending the outcome of the dispute. You agree that initiating a chargeback in violation of this Policy (e.g., claiming "fraud" for a legitimate subscription charge You forgot to cancel) constitutes a breach of contract. In such cases, AtCorm reserves the right to dispute the chargeback using this Policy and usage logs as evidence, and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any incurred dispute fees and legal costs.
8. DATA RETENTION UPON REFUND
Upon the processing of a refund or cancellation, Your account access will be revoked. AtCorm is not responsible for retaining Your leads, contacts, website data, or automation workflows after the account is terminated. It is Your responsibility to export Your customer data (CSV) prior to the finalization of the cancellation or refund. Once a refund is processed, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted from Our servers in accordance with data privacy standards.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
AtCorm reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the AtCorm website. It is Your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service following any changes signifies Your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
